LGBT+phobies : comment porter plainte ?

Le centre LGBT+Sud Aquitain et ses antennes, les Bascos (Pays Basque), Arcolan (Béarn) et Nos couleurs (Landes) ont conclu des partenariats inédits avec les Procureurs de la République de Bayonne, Pau, Dax et Mont-de-Marsan.
Sur chaque territoire, l'association a signé un protocole relatif au signalement et au traitement des infractions de violences, de haine et de discriminations anti LGBT+.
Les trois structures peuvent :
> accompagner les victimes de discrimination au commissariat ou à la gendarmerie pour déposer plainte
> recueillir les plaintes pour une transmission directe au Procureur
